Hi Doug, My name is Dale DeGroff and I am working on a new edition of the 2002 Craft of the Cocktail … I am looking for friends and Colleagues who have been pushing the limits of some of the traditional classics and including culinary ingredients in their drinks, Your Friend (is he?) A perfect hot summer (ok, mid-spring), backyard refreshment. Not sure if it’s the olive oil that plumped up the “head”; might try that with a Pisco Sour, see if that creates a bit more volume …

a very surprising cocktail..an almost key lime pie flavour quite nice
