I think we share many taste interests (we don’t shy away from amari). I made a Widows Kiss (I’ve been on a Benedictine binge and I’m always interested in using my Calvados. I wish I would have snuck my Widow’s Kiss in on the last day of Fall — my traditional Calvados high season.
